Matt McCoy (Preston Rogers) was quite good, exceeding his B list status. From the moment the movie begins, you feel as though you are in the scenes with the cast. See All. He sees that the remaining women are looking for Karen. That having been said, most of you probably will not like this movie unless you begin your viewing experience with low expectations, and can look past the bickering of the group of stereotypical 'girlfriends out for one last hurrah'. The FX were cheesy, but adequate. Now, he returns to Flatwood with Otis Wilhelm (who is played by newcomer Christien Tinsley) for treatment. I still watch it and laugh my head off with lines like: "Another Darwin Award...Comin' up" by Combs or "Monsters are a real hoot...in the meantime, if you don't mind, I'm going to the head; I'm going to give birth to a monster" by Gleason! I cannot say there are any 'Bigfoot' horror movies I can recommend to you. You have to know these actors to love what's so flippin' hilarious about this movie when Henriksen says, "Shh--I'm sorry sweetheart you scared the crap out of me. 3DS Later he sees his blonde next door neighbor Karen Herdberger (Ashley Hartman) vanishing in the woods and he tries to tell her friends, but the girls believe he is a pervert peeping them. A group of women named Karen, Michelle, C.J., Tracy, and Amanda arrive to stay in the cabin next door. This horror film centers on a paralyzed man who is trapped in a remote cabin and must save a group of college students vacationing nearby from a killer Sasquatch. If you are a real movie buff, you'll appreciate the value of a good, bad movie. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Abominable (2006) Brian Holcomb.
This was about as much fun as sticking pins in your eyes. The majority of the gory mayhem is saved for the third act and well worth the wait. But for the obviously small budget, it was very well done. Using his binoculars, he looks into the woods and sees large eyes staring directly at him. Not since 1957 has such an enthralling, riveting, yet original picture hit the screens pertaining to this subject matter - a true creature feature with a Hitchcockian twist. Was this review helpful?
