People succeed in roles and then get promoted generally because they are successful in their roles but do not possess proper leadership skills.I liked working there I made lots of life time friends .Also when we were made redundant the company gave all the staff 2 000 pound each so we could retrain in other jobs . The best part of my job was being able to work on so many different projects involving many different people. Providing help when someone needed it. The workplace culture is being worked on continuously but the leadership is passionate. Technical skills and knowledge, adapting to a fast-paced working environment, opportunity to interact with various departments such as quality, maintenance, production and learn from each department.Generally, the people are very nice and accommodating.
