Also when viewing a program, again when the info button is pressed, the wrong info I sent shown and is frequently showing info for the next program. please can i go back to the previous software that actually worked!!! Thanks to everyone for the advice.
No change!Yes i am having the exact same issue (no information in programme synopsis on BBC 1, 2 and ITV).I noticed it yesterday afternoon and it was affecting alot of channels in the TV Guide but it's just those three when i checked this morning.When this has happened in the past it's been sorted within a day or two so just give it another 24 hours (might be worth rebooting your Sky Q box this evening to check for any changes).We're currently looking into this. I have rebooted the box but the problem persists but on,y with BBC and ITV.

If you actually scroll to channel it will come up in description what is showing, but, that the only way you can tell what's showing.It's been like this for about 2 weeks now and turning box off does not make a difference.My new sky Q box does not show t.v.
