This is the longest rollercoaster I have ever sat on. Start to end you will be glued to the movie.
The movie is awesome and keeps you engaging until the final climax where suddenly characters started making sillying mistakes and allowing the killer to slip from their hands. Watched the movie and was thrilled and felt I was experiencing the scenes along with Vishnu. a list of 10 images This is from the guy who gave us " Mundasupatti".. In the assistant director chapter he sort of mentions the demands of producers to spice up scripts and ironically we can see some moments of spicing up in Ratsasan. There is a tautness to the storytelling, especially until the interval block, that keeps us hooked.

On par with Seven as far as serial killer movies go.
Definitely gives you the impression of one of the greatest thriller in Indian cinema 1.Ghibran:Man!!! A benchmark set for next upcoming psycho thrillers. Those who haven't watched any of these will feel Ratsasan is great and all that. This has to be one of the best Tamil movies I've seen. This is amongst the best thriller movie to come out of India. And guess what?
In fact it is quite appealing to see how the director has handled such varied scripts like a pro.
